Reduce belly and thigh fat with exercise but if you want a faster way then you can make homemade belly and thigh fat cream and a thinner tummy.

Belly and Thigh Fat Cream

Ingredients:

  1. Borix cream – 2 tbsp
  2. Sunflower oil – 5 to 6 tbsp
  3. Lanolin – 4 tbsp
  4. Water – 6 tbsp
  5. Bees wax  – 2 tbsp
  6. Emulsifying wax – 2 tbsp
  7. Glycerine – 2 tbsp

Method:

Mix them all above ingredients and apply in the morning and evening on your belly and thighs until absorbs. Then wrap with muslin cloth or wr
ap with the belt.

Note:

Reduce belly and thigh fat, this cream is not enough. You need to do exercise and diet as well.
