Best and simple drink for weight loss. It’s also best for urine infection, kidney problems, heart burn and cure for puffy eyes. You have to take this drink every morning before breakfast with empty stomach.

Ingredients:

  1. Water – 1 glass
  2. Ispaghol husk – 1 tbsp
  3. Honey – 1 tsp
  4. Onion seeds – 1 pinch
  5. Vitamin C tablets – 2
  6. Lahori salt – 1 pinch
  7. Half lemon – juice
  8. Apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp
  9. Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
  10. Mint leaves – 1 tbsp

Method:

Take a pan; add water, ispaghol husk, onion seeds, vitamin C tablets, salt, lemon juice, apple vinegar, fennel seeds and mint, cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Let it cook for few seconds then drink it. Along with this drink, you have to do exercise. You must try to walk at least 20 minutes every night after dinner.
