How to Make Bread Halwa
- Bread slices – 6 (make crumbs in chopper)
- Khoya – ½ kg
- Sugar – 200gm
- Green cardamom – 2 (make powder)
- Ghee or butter or oil – 1 cup
Take a wok, put ghee or butter and heat it up, then put bread crumbs and fry until light brown, then add cardamom powder and mix it well, then put sugar and fry well, when it cook well add khoya and mix it well and serve with crushed almond and pistachio.
