Delhi ka Korma
Ingredients:
- Mutton – 1/2 kg
- Onion – 1 fried brown
- Yogurt – 250gm
- Nutmeg, Mace and green cardamom – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Oil – 1 cup
- Kewra – 1 tsp
- Whole garam masala:
- Black pepper – 5
- Cloves – 5
- Green cardamoms – 5
Method:
Take a pan, add oil and fry onion until golden brown. Then take it out and grind. In same oil add cloves, black pepper, green cardamoms, ginger garlic paste and mutton, fry for 2 minutes. Then add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and fry. Now add water and cook until mutton is done and water dries. In another bowl, add yogurt, nutmeg, mace, cardamom powder and ground brown onion, mix well and add in mutton, fry until yogurt water dries. Then add water and cook until gravy is little bit thick. Then put kewra and serve with naan.
